Orders shipped by FedEx or UPS Ground are frequently processed and leave our warehouse within one to three business days. 

We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Orders shipped using three-day, two-day, or overnight shipping leave in one business day. If your order is time-sensitive, please select the appropriate shipping method to ensure the delivery meets your schedule. In order to avoid delays, please ensure someone will be available at the shipping address to receive a shipment.

Shipping rates (on orders below $20) are calculated as a flat rate based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and the region where your order will be shipped. Approximately $7.5 for 1 glass jar. We recommend ordering 2 items to get free shipping.

For all shipped orders, you should receive an email that references your tracking number. If you ordered and never received your tracking number, email us and we’ll get you sorted.

“Filtering” honey means processing the honey to remove very small particles, often even as small as the pollen. With filtration, honey is also often heated to become more liquid in order to make the filtering process easier, meaning that the honey is no longer raw. 

Yes, in fact all 100% honey is non-GMO because it’s produced by bees, not man.

Since our classic honey is sourced from Eastern Europe, it can’t be certified organic. Because bee flight paths are untraceable, the USDA will not certify honey sourced from the Eastern Europe as organic. 

However, Apiterra does internal and external testing to ensure our honey is clear of commonly used pesticides, herbicides and antibiotics. Our industry-leading testing ensures our honey is of organic-certified quality.
